Content: Hello,I am contacting you because one of my Yobola earbuds (the right one) has stopped working\.The right earbud produces no sound\. The only time its indicator light flashes is when I place it in the charging case\. When the case is connected to a power source and I open it, the left earbud’s light is on, but the right earbud’s light remains off\.I have tried cleaning the charging contacts and repositioning the earbud in the case, but the problem persists\.Could you please advise me on how to fix this issue? Eins der beiden Teile ist ganz leise und häufig funktioniert die Tipp-Steuerung nicht mehr. Ich bite Sie daher, mir die Kopfhörer im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Garantie zu ersetzen.
