The right ear piece no longer turns on. I ordered while living in Germany but now live in Canada. Is there a warranty for the product?

Content: HiPurchased on Amazon but it won’t allow me to contact you on there. These headphones are again causing issues. They are now not turning on, or if they are only one is working and turns itself off very quickly. They are charged so this isn’t the issue. The left headphone doesn’t light up or turn on at all. Please can you advise what can be done? Really have stayed disappointed in this product.Many thanksLauren Arnold
