Content: Hi. my name is marius and I have a problem with the volume of one of the T9 earbuds sets that I bought from Amazon UK (I mention that in less than a year I bought 4 sets, I lost one and 2 were given as gifts) . I am contacting you about the one bought in June 2022. the problem is that the volume on the left suddenly dropped, which is disturbing. I cleaned them, I also checked the settings on the phone and apparently I can't do anything. it says that they have a one-year warranty. I am waiting for solutions. Thanks and best regards.
