Content: Dear Sir, I bought your earpieces in March 2022. Everything was ok with this item until now. Indeed, I can't hear anything anymore because there was no battery left on the earpiece (especially the left one). So I tried to charge it but even After a full afternoon of charge. The battery is still at 10% and the left earpiece still doesn't work. I Am so so disappointed that only after few months of use and with good care, this item can no longer work. It's a shame. Can I send it back with Amazon and have a replacement ? Thank you for your help. Regards
