Content: Hola! Compre unos auriculares y desde que me llegaron se quedaban encendidos todo el día aunque estuvieran en la cajita metidos, y claro se me quedan sin batería super pronto. Ademas uno de ellos casi nunca esta cargado y eso que siempre utilizo los dos a la vez. Tengo un familiar que tiene este mismo modelo y no le pasa esto por lo cual al estar en garantía querria saber si sería posible que me los cambiaran por otros que no tuvieran este problema. Gracias!

Content: Bonjour, Je rencontre un problème car l'écouteur gauche ne fonctionne pas. Lorsque l'on reste appuyé sur le bouton, cela fait un bruit mais aucune connexion n'a lieu !
