Subject: Purchased a pair of yobola T9 earphones. The quality is very underwhelming along with the fit. They seem to fall out quite often. I would certainly like to try a pair of the t8 version or something comparable with rubber or silicone tips.

Content: Hello.On 04/11/2022 I bought Yobola T2 Pro earphones.Today, 04/07/2023, I have verified that the left earphone has begun to be heard with a lower volume than the right, with the inconvenience that this entails.Being still in the warranty period, I request a solution.Thank you so much.
