Content: Good afternoon, I placed an order via Amazon for the ‘ Wireless Earbuds, yobola Wireless Headphones, IPX5 Waterproof...’ with the order number 202-6315695-7813920.I couldn’t find a way on Amazon to contact you and didn’t want to leave a negative feedback review, however, have had some issues with the headphones and wanted to give you the chance to help. Basically, the headphones when fully charged are only lasting for a maximum of 20-30 minutes and then ask to be recharged and then the battery needs charging again, which is not like the product information. Is there anything that can be done to rectify the fault please?Many thanks

Content: I have the T2 Pro wireless earbuds and the left one keeps running out of charge really quickly. I put them both in the charging pod for the same amount of time and the left one always dies after 30 mins whilst the right one keeps working. Content: Hi, i got my yobola t2 pro earbuds last thursday and until now everything was working just fine , but now , i don’t know why , one of the earbud can’t be turned on. The left one more precisely , the right one works just fine but i can’t seem to connect the other one .It does charge tho , i can see the light becoming red when i put it in the case but when i take it out of the case it just won’t turn on.Please tell me what i can do or if i can get a refund.
