Content: Die Kopfhörer entkoppeln sich von alleine, werden von alleine lauter und leise und stoppen ebenfalls von alleine die Musik. Es kann nicht sein, dass nach einem dreiviertel Jahr die Kopfhörer nicht mehr zu gebrauchen sind, da man nicht mehr ohne Unterbrechung diese benutzen kann. Ich hatte diese Kopfhörer schonmal und dort waren über mehrere Jahre keinerlei Fehler aufgetreten, weshalb ich nun gerne eine Erstattung aufgrund dieser Mängel hätte.

Content: Die Kopfhörer entkoppeln sich von alleine, werden von alleine lauter und leise und stoppen ebenfalls von alleine die Musik. Content: Unfortunatly the earpods are not working like they should. Both of them are very silent, on the right one you can nearly hear nothing. In comparison to other earpods it‘s obvious, that they have an issue. Please give an advise how to change or repair them.Thanks in advance, Julian
