Content: Hi, this was purchased as a birthday present. We cannot get the right hand bud to work. We have tried unpairing and repairing and also a different phone. The right hand bud gets warm in the charger case but the white LED at the top does not light up in the same way as the left hand one.Please would you advise how we can fix this?Thanks

Content: I bought the white wireless earbuds on Amazon not even a year ago. Yesterday I put them on and the Right headphone wasn't working, it was playing the music only in the Left headphone. I tried charging them, disconnecting them, etc, but nothing is working.Could you offer me some help or give me an alternative since I bought the headphones on July 2023?Thank you and waiting for your response.

Content: My ear pods are not working, I’ve had them less than a year and the sound has gone in the left ear . I bought them through Amazon and there is no ability to return on there, despite consumer rights means these should last more than 9 months!
