Content: Dear support team,Last December I bought the yobola Bluetooth Headphones In Ear, Headphones Wireless Bluetooth 5.1 HiFi Stereo Sound, IPX5 Waterproof Wireless Headphones Touch Control, Wireless Headphones, Built-in Microphone, for Smartphone and unfortunately since a few weeks ago it started to not working properly. The left headphone is little by little loosing its volume. I can almost hear anything from this left side, while the right side is working without a problem. I have already paired them with other devices, but it's the same thing.
