Content: Hola! Pedà estos auriculares el dÃa 1 de enero, pedido número 402-9447827-1730715 y usuario esquimales, vÃa Amazon. Lamentablemente un auricular no carga y solo funciona uno. Ya he probado a cargarlos, pero al momento se apaga y deja de funcionar. Quisiera obtener asistencia técnica ðŸ™. Quedó a la espera de su respuesta.

Content: Buenos dias hace 3 meses que no me funcionan los auriculares. Lo he probado con otros moviles y tampoco funciona. La verdad que lo he ido dejando y nunca me acuerdo de escribir. Casi no los he usado y no tienen ni un año. Queria saber que tengo que hacer para que se reparen o se reemplacen. Un saludo y muchas gracias
