Subject: Right headphone immensely quiet
Content: Hello, I’ve had my headphones for just over a year. I use them regularly, keep them charged and look after them as much as physically possible. Sadly over the last few weeks the right head piece has lost all sound quality and it is now very very quiet and I can barely hear out of it. I’m just wondering if there was any troubleshooting I could do to fix this. I’m sure you agree that these headphones should last longer than 26 months.Thank you,Emily

Content: Hallo, wir haben am Ende letzten Jahres die In-ear Kopfhörer T9 gekauft, aber da ist seit geraumer Zeit die Lautstärke nicht mehr so laut wie sie am Anfang war, obwohl sie am anschlag ist. Sauber gemacht wurden diese bereits, so dass es daran nicht liegen kann. Das iPhone hat alle Updates, aber auch bei einem weiteren Gerät ist kein anderes Verhalten.
