Subject: Requesting replacement
Content: I recently purchased a pair of your yobola T9 earbuds from Amazon. I've had them for just over a month now and all of a sudden they will not charge. I can send them to you if necessary as I have the box and all here, I just don't understand what's going on and I'm not mechanically incline or tech savvy to know how I could possibly fix this issue. Subject: Constant buzzing noise
Content: Hello. My name is Ian. I just bought the Yabolaa white wireless earbuds. There seems to be an issue. During the first use there was an annoying sound signal coming though that would not stop. This sound was not connected to signal it was getting from my music on my phone. The buzzing sound happens even when not connected to a device and plays the annoying spouts over my music. Forgetting the device in my Bluetooth setting did not work. Putting the earbuds back into there case did not work. They have been fully charged. I am a bit disappointed in the product and would appreciate a response from you guys so we can solve this problem. Subject: Earbuds have suddenly gone quiet
Content: The earbuds are no longer useable as they have gone very quiet. I have tried resetting them by holding both power down for 5 seconds and then double tapping (which leaves one light flashing) but nothing has changed. Pairing and unpairing makes no difference either. If youcannot supply me with a suitable fix, I would like a replacement pair.
