Subject: Yobola T9 issues.
Content: I have bought a pair of T9‘s on 2. december through amazon. I did not drop the headphones or even taken them outside the house. They were either in use or sitting on my desk. Yet the lid of the case starts becoming more and more loose and the inside of my right headphone is not staying in place and sliding out of the plastic exposing the battery! I‘ve got pictures if they are of interest and can happily send them to you if you provide me with an e-mail adresse.

Content: We bought the headphones in April 2023. Unfortunately, the case and therefore also the headphones can no longer be charged. If you connect a cable to the case, you can tell by the indicator light. that the connection has a loose contact.We ask that the damage be treated as a warranty case.Best regardsD. Müller
