Content: Hi,I bought some of your earbuds (white) via Amazon at the end of august. Over the last month I’ve had issues where they don’t seem to disconnect when in the box, and now they won’t charge (even though the box is fully charged). I’m really disappointed with the quality and that these now don’t work in just three months. My order reference is 206-0412331-8226727. I’ve also done nothing to damage them eg dropped in water etc.I’d like to request a refund and am happy to return them to you. Please advise. Thanks,Sophie
