Content: Hello, I purchased Yobola headphones on Amazon on June 29, 2025. Order number 403-9413205-8885169 . One of my earbuds isn't charging. Despite cleaning it as described in your recommendations, nothing has worked. There seems to be a loose connection between the charging case and one earbud (the other one charges fine). I'm disappointed; I can no longer use them.

Content: Hello, I purchased Yobola headphones on Amazon on June 29, 2025. Order number 403-9413205-8885169 . One of my earbuds isn't charging.
