Content: Dear team,I have ordered yobola Bluetooth Kopfhörer In Ear, Kopfhörer Kabellos Bluetooth 5.1 HiFi Stereoklang, IPX5 Wasserdicht Kabellose Kopfhörer Touch Control, Wireless Kopfhörer, Eingebautes Mikrofon, für Smartphone at Amazon on 23rd December 2025.They don't work anymore. The bluetooth connection work's but I can't hear anything. I can go to the next and last song, but no sound.I’ve tried everything. I turned Bluetooth on and off several times. I paired another device and then paired Yobola again. Also, Yobola is fully charged. But nothing works.I have just ordered them and it would be nice to get new ones or my money back.Thank you!Marina Kurz

According to EU-warranty 24months after buy there is warranty mandatory.Please be so kind to exchange not working piece.

Content: Nach einem Jahr, lässt sich ein Kopfhörer nicht mehr aufladen. Damit ist das unbrauchbar und kaputt. Das ist sehr ärgerlich. Freundliche GrüßeBjörn Trautmann

Content: I've had one of the rubber ends that fit onto the buds fall off. The larger alternative ones supplied don't fit in my ears properly. Can you please advise how I can get supply of the rubber inserts to ensure comfort if they come off and are lost
