I recently bought my first pair of Yobola wireless earphones IPX5 through Amazon but I haven't been able to connect them to my iPhone or Mac even though they are advertised to have a universal compatibility. I have tried turning off my phone, charging the case and the earphones but they just don't appear in the list of the available devices for Bluetooth connection. Content: Good morning,I've had the T9 headphones for several months now and they work great, but for a few days now, the left earbud stays charging 24/7 on the charger, and when the charger runs out of battery, the earbud also runs out of battery. It's as if it's always on but charging at the same time.Is there a possibility of doing a factory reset? What can I do?
