Content: In April 2024 I bought a pair of T9 earbuds via Amazon, but now suddenly one of them is not charging anymore, and surprisingly that prevents the otherone to connect to the phone. I have tried to clean it with alcohol and an ear-stick, but that doesn't seem to solve the problem.Do you have any solution I could use?Thanks
