Subject: No funciona un auricular
Content: Buenas tardes, compré unos auriculares T9 en Amazon en noviembre 2023. El problema es que el auricular izquierdo no funciona. Lo usé una vez hace meses y funcionó pero ahora, después de mucho tiempo sin usarlo, no se escucha. Se conecta, se enciende la luz como el otro y funciona su botón para pasar las canciones, el problema es que no se oye nada y ya lo he reseteado muchas veces. Gracias.

Content: Hallo,leider funktioniert der linke Kopfhörer nicht mehr. Ich hatte die Bluetooth-Kopfhörer von Ihnen über Amazon am 17.07.22 gekauft und liege somit noch in den 2 Jahren, in denen die Sachmängelhaftung gilt.Ich bin auch immer gut mit den Kopfhörern umgegangen und habe sie nur zu Hause zum Hörbuchhören verwendet.
