Content: Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,ich habe die yoboloa T9 Kopfhörer am 22.08.2023 bei Amazon gekauft. Der Linke Kopfhörer funkttioniert nicht mehr. Reset hilft nicht neue Bluetooth Verbdung auch mit neuem Gerät auch nicht. Das Gerät ist noch in der Garantie und Amazon sagt ich sollte hier konatkiten da Amazon kein Support anbietet.Ladies and GentlemenI bought the yoboloa T9 headphones from Amazon on August 22nd, 2023. The left headphone no longer works. Reset doesn't help, new Bluetooth connection doesn't help either with new device. The device is still under warranty and Amazon says I should contact you here because Amazon doesn't offer support.Daniel Herr
