Content: Sehr geehrte Damen u. Herren, Leider funktioniert mein Kopfhörer nicht mehr. Die Funktionstaste hält Videos bei einmaligen Drücken an, bei zweimaligem setzt sie diese zurück. Die Kopfhörer sind also verbunden.Leider bekomme ich keinen Ton. Wie können wir hier verfahren. Content: Der Kopfhörer hat bisher einwandfrei Funktioniert.Nun lässt sich kein Ton mehr übertragen. Videos lassen sich anhalten, oder durch zweimaliges Drücken auch zurücksetzen. bringt nur ohne Ton leider nichts. Können sie mir hier weiterhelfen, oder die Kopfhörer austauschen?

Content: Hello, i bought these earphones on the 26th december so about 3 months ago, the right earphone has almost completely lost sound and i’ve cleaned them, made sure they’re fully charged, reset them by connecting then disconnecting from my phone to see if the sound comes back but it’s still barely hearable, the charging case is clean and appears to be working but the right earphone won’t increase in volume, the left one is completely fine, i’ve always charged them at the same time and there’s no damage to either of them but the sound has suddenly just gone.
