Content: Bonjour je vous ai acheter les ecouteur sans fil j ai un ecouteur qui marche pas côté droit même dans son boîtier ne charge pas. Comment il faut faire pour me renvoyé une autre paire sans que je paye merci de votre réponse

Content: Hi,I purchased the T2 pro earphones from Amazo on the 17th July 2021.Order number 204-1852097-4018758 the left one has stoped working even when I put it in the charging box it doesn't light up blue and red like the right one.it just seems dead. Please help. Regards Peter
