Content: Hi, I purchased the Yobola T2 earphones via Amazon (order number 026-2216264-2001908) but unfortunately the past couple of weeks the sound has been dropping out of one of the earphones and not always the same one. I have tried fully recharging to see if this was the issue, but it appears it wasn't.Are you able to either help with this or provide me with a refund?Thanks,Jaymi
