Content: Hello,My headphones do not charge normally (it seems that the problem is more pronounced in the right one), on many occasions, even leaving them on charge for hours, they do not charge anything. Also, many times when I turn them off and put them in their case they stay connected to the smartphone and when I play something they sound like they are still connected. I bought them in November 2022 through Amazon, and from the Amazon page they redirect me here. In the instruction booklet it is indicated that they have a calendar year warranty.What solution do you propose?Thanks for your attention in advance.

Content: El pasado 3 de septiembre de 2022 compre el modelo yobola T2 wireless por amazon, me han funcionado bien hasta hace un mes mas o menos hasta que el estuche de carga se descarga solo, encendiéndose los auriculares y encontrándome los mismo sin baterÃa, antes me duraban muchÃsimo la baterÃa pero ahora cada tres o cuatro dÃas tengo que cargar el estuche. Espero una solución lo mas pronto posible. Un saludo
