Content: Hello,After a week your earphones don't work anymore. They're connected but the received sounds stop repetitively without me touching anything.They still have 90% batteries, the case also have 80% battery left. I also tested them on different devices and I still have the same problem.If this product is made to last a week I prefer have a full refund and I'll buy cheaper one.I bought them on Amazon:N°405-9839542-3302716Cordially,Romain Leduc
