Content: El auricular derecho ha dejado de funcionar correctamente. El volumen es muy bajo. No se oye nada. Fue recogido el 14 de agosto por amazon. Solicito la garantia del producto.

Content: Bonjour J’ai offert à mes filles 2 paires d’écouteurs sans fil. Une paire a été remplacé mais ne fonctionne plus et l’autre non plus. Je vois remercie de bien vouloir me rembourser les 2 paires et je vous les renvoie

Content: I bought one pair of your headphones in February and a second in May. On the left ear piece of the first pair the sound got very low maybe two or three months ago and now the same happened with the second pair, too. One such occurrence can be seen as bad luck, but two is too much. I even tried to reset the second pair, but no change. When I turn the volume up fully, I can hear with the left ear but the volume on the right ear is then unbearably high.
