Content: Dear yobola team, I purchased your item a while ago on Amazon. There have been a number of issues with it which I was managing but now the ear phones are just no longer loud anymore, I can barely hear anything anymore and I belive I deserve sompensationa s this is just out of the blue. The issue actually started from the left ear about a week after I received them but the other ear worked so I decided I would manage it but then recently the second ear is even lower than the left even when I have the max volume. I am very disappointed and displeased with your product.
