Content: Hello I buyed Bluetooth headphones from you on day 06. October 2022. Now only one is working correct. The other one is much quiet than the other. I would make a complaint for the headphones. I think electric things can be compliant for 2 years

Content: Hi, I purchased Yobola t9 on amazon in July.The left ear bud is no longer charging in the case. I have tried the troubleshooting options which have not worked.The charging pins appear broken. I have had these 5 months so was expecting the quality of product to last longer than this.Please could you send a replacement, the product has broken within 5 months which is unacceptable.ThanksLuke
