Content: Hello. The ON/OFF switch is not working anymore,so we are unable to start the headset. Battery is fully loaded, and the product was working perfectly until that. What do you suggest ? Content: HiMy headphones have stopped working correctly, the right headphone needs wobbling constantly to try and get any volume to come through, I have read they come with a lifetime warranty, how do I access that in the UK please. I have been really happy with them until recently.

Subject: T2 headset right not working
Content: Hello, my full wireless T2 headset is suddenly not working any more. When put in the battery box, no Light appears, neither red or blue. I pushed the buttons on the headset for more than 20 seconds, no sound. Looks like the internal battery is empty, and that the battery box not charging it anymore. The left headset is working well.
