Content: Bonsoir, Je rencontre un problème au niveau du chargement de mes écouteurs. Lorsque les écouteurs sont déposés dans le boîtier de chargement, il arrive des fois qu'un seul charge. Il se peut qu'il y ait un problème de contact entre les écouteurs et les deux petites pointes de charge. Cela arrive sur les deux écouteurs, par intermitence. Pouvez-vous m'aider s'il-vous-plaît ?Merci à vous.

Content: Hi thereI purchased a pair of Wireless Earbuds of you from Amazon in February.They worked well at first but after 2 months of having them one of the earbuds started giving me problems to charge and now, after 6 months of having them the earbud has completely broken. Unfortunately it’s too late for me to reclaim a refund now on Amazon but I am not happy about this.
