Content: I purchased your T9 headphones a couple of hours ago. bought them through amazon. I'm trying them now and right headset won't work properly. it beeps several different beeps until it pairs with the other. You can hear through it only for a couple of seconds, then It goes dead. not responsive to touch either.

Content: HiMy T2 Pro earphones are having an issue connecting with my devices. Only one earphone will connect to them. I have followed the instructions in the booklet to try to remedy this (i.e. putting them back into the case and bringing them out and removing the Bluetooth info from my devices and trying to repair) but the issue still persists. The earphone that won't connect keeps flashing blue and red. Please can you let me know a way to get the earphones to connect as intended? Many thanksEd
