Content: Hello, I’ve purchased a set of black Yobola earbuds and absolutely love them. Some of the best earbuds I’ve owned. I’m having an issue where they will no longer disconnect when placed in the charging case and closing the lid. This leads to battery discharge. Anything I can do about this?Thank you

Content: Hello!I've had my earphones for four months, but sadly the left earphone isn't working anymore. The volume is way too quiet and I have to turn up the volume all the way to hear anything at all which makes listening with both earphones impossible. I've read that you have a guarantee for a year. Could I get a refund, a new pair of earphones or is there a way for mine to be repaired?Thank you in advance,Emily
