Subject: earbud volume issue
Content: Hello, i have a problem with both pairs of my yobola earbuds. On each of them, one of the earbud's volume is extremely lower than the other's. I tried restarting them, deleting the configuration on each device on which thay are connected, i tried to reset them, i tried everything but it won't work. I'm condemned to hear my content insidie only one ear. PLease help or refund. Regards, Antoine Glorieux

Content: Kopfhörer wurden im Februar für meinen Urlaub über Amazon gekauft, hab sie nun verwendet, jedoch funktioniert nur der rechte. Habe mehrmals neu gekoppelt, der linke funktioniert NICHT.

Content: I bought your IPX5 wireless headphones via Amazon in July 2021. They had been working well, but now the volume of the right headphone is significantly lower than the left, and it is not an issue with the sound setup on my phone. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Alternatively, given they are less than a year old, are they covered by warranty? Many thanks
