One year ago I ordered headphones over Amazon and now they don't seem to be working properly - the right one is very very quiet and now since a few days the left one also started to glitch. I already got in touch with the insurance company that says that I have to contact you! So the Order number was 306-9819895-4343516 and the insurance number was AMZ55786-24882. Content: Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, die im Dezember 2022 gekauften Kopfhörer funktionieren leider seit geraumer Zeit nicht mehr ordnungsgemäß. Der rechte Kopfhörer ist leiser als der Linke. Dachte erst es wäre ein Problem meiner Ohren, aber nach Aussagen meiner Freunde besteht das Problem auch bei ihnen.
