Content: Sehr geehrtes yobola-Team,ich habe am 27.12.22 über Amazon Kofphörer bestellt (Bestellnummer: 302-6007567-9275559). Leider funktioniert einer der Kopfhörer nun nicht mehr. Da sich der Vertragsabschluss noch innerhalb der gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsfrist befindet, möchte ich Sie daher um einen entsprechenden Ersatz bitten. Content: Hello,I would like to send the headphones back because they don't work well. they often don't connect to the device, they sometimes increase the volume to the maximum on their own, the voice quality is poor and I often accidentally end calls when I want to press them in further.
