Content: I bought in the month of may yobola earphones. It did have problems few times only honestly (like it turned off suddenly) so I just kept using it not considering the risks.Today the left one stopped working.

Content: Hello,I purchased your Bluetooth earbuds T9 (LY-20230130) on Amazon in April 2026. Unfortunately, the left earbud has suddenly become significantly quieter than the right one, even though the earbuds have been used normally and have not been damaged.I have already tried reconnecting and resetting the earbuds, but the problem remains. The left side is still much quieter than the right.Since the product is only a few months old, I would like to ask for a replacement or another solution under the warranty.I can provide my Amazon order number and proof of purchase if needed.Thank you in advance for your help.Best regards,Nisha Schneider
